The Morning Ritual That Changed Everything
After coaching hundreds of high achievers, I have identified the single morning practice that consistently separates those who thrive from those who merely survive.
Why Mornings Matter
How you begin your day determines how you live your day. And how you live your day determines how you live your life. The morning is the only time of day when you have complete sovereignty over your attention before the world makes its demands.
The Protocol
5:00 AM – Silence and Gratitude (10 min): Before picking up your phone, sit in silence. Take 10 slow breaths and identify three things you are genuinely grateful for.
5:10 AM – Movement (20 min): Physical movement changes your biochemistry. Twenty minutes of intentional movement is enough to shift your physiology.
5:30 AM – Journaling and Vision (15 min): Write your top three priorities for the day. Then write three sentences about the person you are becoming.
5:45 AM – Learning (30 min): Read or listen to something that elevates your mind before you consume any news or social media.
The Compounding Effect
None of these practices is revolutionary on its own. The power is in the compounding. Do this consistently for 90 days and you will look back at who you were before and barely recognize yourself.
